Amspect Inspections provides commercial and industrial infrared inspection and diagnostic services on a project basis. The scope of any inspection is defined in the estimate provided to you before work begins.
Quotes are based on the information you provide and a site assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes. No work is performed until an estimate is approved.

Inspection reports reflect conditions observed at the time of inspection using infrared thermography and supporting methods. Reports are provided for the client's use in making maintenance and repair decisions.
Amspect Inspections is not liable for conditions that were not reasonably detectable at the time of inspection or for actions taken based on the report beyond the documented findings.
